Ami Rose Profile Photo.jpg

Ami-Rose is a pitch-perfect performer with a vocal range and repertoire for any occasion including opera, jazz standards, country, Motown, the hits of today and the big belters of decades before!

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Ami-Rose has been performing from an early age, getting her start in some of Africa's National Theatres. Although classically trained at the South African School of Music, she found herself in Musical Theatre, training and working alongside industry big names such as Lesley Garret, in far-flung places including New Zealand, Norway, China and Malaysia - and not so far away, Buxton Opera House! Ami-Rose continued to make her name known in the Cape Town scene, performing at many prestigious events including singing at the FIFA World Cup in 2010.

After a two and a-half-year worldwide tour of "The Sound of Music", Ami-Rose set her sights on a performance move to the UK. Now already gaining traction in her local area, Ami-Rose is extremely excited to be joining the talented vocalists at MJE Management.

The stage is a second home and Ami-Rose is adept at compering, acting and singing - a real allrounder. So whether you're looking for some background jazz at your corporate event or a full-on show with all the glitz and glam, Ami-Rose has a setlist to suit it!
