Mike founded the agency in 1976, combining his experience as both a band member and solo performer with a clear vision for a more informed and professional approach to artist representation.

With over 45 years in the industry, he has earned a strong reputation among his peers and continues to uphold the values and standards that have defined the agency for decades.

Ashley Blake
Ashley joined MJE in 2001 and brings over two decades of musical and production expertise to the company.

He leads on the production and engineering of recordings for MJE’s managed artists, playing a key role in developing their sound and commercial success.

Ashley is also the creative force behind MJE’s touring pantomime productions, writing and producing shows that entertain audiences nationwide.
